-Post job advertisements and screen applications

-Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes

-Prepare job descriptions and employment contracts

-Maintain employee records and HR databases

-Organize workshops and development programs

-Monitor employee performance and growth

-Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

-Update HR policies and procedures

-Handle audits and legal documentation

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

-Experience a minimum of 2 (two) years in HR Officer

-Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

SALARY: Net 16,000-20,000 Birr
