We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Outdoor Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The role involves visiting customers, generating new business opportunities, promoting company products/services, and maintaining strong customer relationships through field sales activities.

Main Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct outdoor sales and customer visits

Identify and approach new customers

Promote and sell company products/services

Follow up with customers consistently

Build strong customer relationships

Handle objections and rejection professionally

Achieve sales targets

Collect market and competitor information

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports

Represent the company positively in the market

Preferred Qualifications

Junior-level candidates are encouraged to apply

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related fields is an advantage

Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory

Fresh graduates can apply

Amharic and English communication skills preferred
