Position Title: Sales Representative
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Sales Manager / Project Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell Wall Ink's wall printing and customized branding solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with the production team to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, preferably in advertising, branding, printing, real estate, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Promote Wall Ink's wall printing, mural printing, branding, and decorative solutions to corporate and individual clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Collaborate with the production and project teams to ensure timely project execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reports.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
Experience in printing, advertising, branding, interior design, construction, or real estate sales is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer relationship management abilities.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience

Real estate sales experience.
BTL marketing, activation, or branding experience.
Experience selling advertising, signage, printing, or visual communication solutions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Monthly sales revenue achieved.
Number of new clients acquired.
Client retention rate.
Sales conversion rate.
Customer satisfaction and project completion success.

Compensation: Basic Salary + Commission
