We is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will support site operations, ensure quality standards, and assist in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in supervising and coordinating daily construction activities on-site
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards
Support senior engineers in project planning, scheduling, and execution
Monitor site progress and prepare daily and weekly reports
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Assist in quantity surveying and material estimation
Identify and report any technical issues or delays to senior engineers
Maintain proper documentation, including site records and reports
Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience
Basic knowledge of construction processes and site operations
Familiarity with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project is a plus)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
