We are seeking skilled and reliable Video Editors to join our team for immediate, long-form projects. We are looking for editors who can submit a 10 minute video within 24 hours and deliver polished, professional results in English.

The Role

You will be responsible for editing long-form English content, focusing on seamless pacing, clear audio, and professional visual delivery.

Key Requirements

Language: Proficiency in English (essential for narrative flow).
Format: Experience managing long-form timelines.
Technical Skills: Must to have Adobe Premiere Pro 2025.
Quality Control: A template will be shared with you. You have to replicate that editing style exactly, using the assets and downloading necessary footages from YouTube and stock footage sites. No need of your creativity. What we need is someone who can copy the template’s editing style.

WORKFLOW:

You are required to take a 2 minute sample test so that we can see if you are the right fit.

We will provide:

Script and Voice Over
Template

You are required to:

Edit a 2 minute sample from the voice over following the editing style of the template. All the assets (transitions, sound effects etc…) are included in the template.
Submit the sample test and wait for our feedback.

If your sample matches the editing style, you will be given a full project and join our team.

Compensation

Payment is structured per 10 minutes of completed video. Rates are tiered based on experience and the total volume of video edited:

Rate: 7,200 – 14,400+ per month.
The final rate is determined by your level of expertise and the total output/milestones achieved.
