· Develop design concepts, mood boards, and thematic presentations that align with client vision

· Deep understanding of design principles.

· Develop tailored space plans, concept visuals, technical drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections), and 3D rendering software.

· Specify materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and fixtures, balancing aesthetics, sustainability, regulations, and budget

· Manage project timelines, documentation, and while ensuring regulatory compliance

· Stay current with evolving trends, materials, sustainable practices, and new design technologies to continuously elevate project outcomes

Creative vision, attention to detail, and a passion for elevating everyday spaces into narratives.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related field.

· Over two year of professional experience in interior architecture or design

· Advance on Enscape, D5 or Lumion

· Demonstrated ability in space planning, detailing, and material specification.

· You can submit one project in 3 days

· Excellent verbal and visual communication skills

· multi‑tasking, budgeting, scheduling, and problem-solving under pressure.
