Job Summary:

The Digital Marketer and Video Host at Haset IT is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, boost user engagement, and drive customer acquisition. This role blends creativity with analytical skills to deliver impactful campaigns across multiple online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Haset IT’s goals.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
•Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to increase web traffic and search engine rankings.

Content Development & Brand Messaging

· Create high-quality content across blogs, social media, email, and websites.

· Write captions and hashtags aligned with brand voice

· Ensure consistent tone, branding, and messaging across all digital platforms.

· Develop content calendars, campaign assets, and promotional materials.

Social Media Management
• Manage daily activity across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Telegram).
• Build and engage online communities to promote brand loyalty.
• Design email marketing campaigns (product updates, promotions).

Web & Digital Analytics
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights to measure performance.
• Provide regular reports with actionable recommendations to improve results.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in digital marketing.
• Proven track record in managing digital campaigns and driving online engagement.
• Proficiency in Analytics Metrics tools, Meta Business Suite and email platforms.

Key Skills Required:
