Responsibilities

Overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Supervising contractors, subcontractors, and labor to maintain quality and resolve on-site challenges.
Monitoring project progress, maintaining site book logs, and preparing daily or weekly site visit reports as well as monthly progress reports for management and clients.
Conduct site inspections and ensure the quality of work is in accordance with the project’s quality standards.

Requirements and skills

BSC/MSC in civil engineering, construction technology and management & related fields.
Professional Engineer License (PPE/PE) required.
Technical proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, etc. is required.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Education & Experience:

BSC in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management.
Minimum of 3 years or above work experience as a resident engineer or similar role.

Skills

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and building code of standards.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities and a team player.

Salary

· As per company scale.
