We are seeking a responsible and experienced Upwork account manager to handle and grow our Upwork presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of how the platform works and be capable of managing the account efficiently to generate quality leads and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the Upwork account professionally
Search and identify relevant job opportunities
Submit high-quality, customized proposals
Communicate with clients in a timely and professional manner
Follow up on submitted proposals
Track performance and improve bidding strategies
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure project delivery

Requirements

Proven experience managing an Upwork account (personal or for a company)
Strong understanding of Upwork platform rules and best practices
Excellent written communication skills in English
