About the Role:
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and responsible female sales assistant to manage our protein powder shop in Megenagna. Your role is not just to sell but to guide customers, explain products, and create a strong customer experience that brings people back.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers professionally
Explain about our products clearly (protein, benefits, usage) and handle objections.
Drive daily sales and meet targets
Handle cash and daily sales recordings.
Maintain shop cleanliness and organization.
Build good relationships with repeat customers.

Requirements:

Female, age 20–26
Good communication and sales skills (Amharic required, speaking afaan oromoo & English is plus)
Friendly, confident, and persuasive.
Previous sales experience is preferred
Honest, punctual, and responsible.
Must be there on time and closes on time.

Sundays are rest days.
