Msigana Technologies is a technology company providing a range of tailored digital solutions to empower individuals & organizations. We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead B2B growth through strategy, proposals, and deal closing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute B2B growth strategies
Identify and engage clients (NGOs, corporates, government)
Lead end-to-end proposal and tender submissions
Drive negotiations and close deals consistently

Requirements

3+ years in B2B Sales / Business Development
Proven track record of closing high-value deals
Strong in proposal writing and commercial thinking
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Degree or certification in Marketing, Business, or related field
