We are looking for ambitious, creative, and driven interns to join our team as we prepare for the launch of a major new digital product. This is a unique opportunity to work inside a fast-moving startup environment during a critical growth stage and gain hands-on experience building and launching a product from the ground up.

If you are passionate about startups, business growth, technology, marketing, or operations, this internship will give you direct exposure to real-world execution and strategy.

What You’ll Work On

• Conducting market research and competitor analysis

• Helping manage digital tools, documentation, and operational processes

• Helping organize operations, systems, and internal workflows ahead of launch

• Assisting with translation and proofreading work for English and Amharic content

• Reviewing marketing materials, product content, and documents for quality and consistency

• Brainstorming and contributing creative ideas for product growth and launch campaigns

• Supporting brand awareness, audience engagement, and promotional activities

• Supporting project coordination and team collaboration across departments

• Participating in daily team check-ins and progress meetings

Who We’re Looking For

• Students or recent graduates in Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing or related fields

• Individuals who are highly motivated, organized, and eager to learn

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Interest in startups, technology, entrepreneurship, and digital products

• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

• English and Amharic writing/proofreading skills are a strong advantage
