About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly capable Marketing, Sales & Management Executive who will serve as the public and operational representative of the company. This role combines strategic marketing, client relationship management, and internal coordination to ensure the company’s growth and smooth day-to-day operations across both physical and digital platforms.

You will be the face of the company in client interactions, negotiations, and partnerships while also ensuring internal workflows are well organized and efficiently executed.

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify and reach out to potential clients and business opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Close deals and ensure client satisfaction throughout service delivery
Marketing & Brand Representation
Represent the company across physical meetings and social media platforms
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
Support brand visibility and outreach initiatives
Maintain professional communication aligned with company image
Management & Operations
Organize and manage company workflow and task distribution
Coordinate between departments and team members
Track project progress and ensure timely delivery
Support management in decision-making and reporting
Requirements
Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to represent a company professionally in both formal and informal settings
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
