Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls (inbound & outbound)
Host TikTok live sessions to promote products/services
Engage viewers, answer questions, and drive sales
Follow scripts and meet daily targets

Requirements:

Experience in call center and/or TikTok live hosting
Strong communication and confident on camera
Sales-driven and professional attitude
