HR Manager Job Description

Position: HR Manager

Job Summary:
The HR Manager is responsible for managing all human resource activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.
Promote a positive and productive work environment.
Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR management.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Reports To: General Manager / Operations Manager
