Position Title

Beauty Trainer / Beauty Instructor

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled, professional, and passionate Beauty Trainer to join our training center. The trainer will be responsible for teaching students both theory and practical beauty skills, guiding them throughout their learning experience, and helping maintain high educational standards and student satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical beauty skills, good communication abilities, patience with students, and a professional attitude.

Main Responsibilities

Training & Education

Teach beauty courses through practical and theoretical sessions

Demonstrate techniques clearly and professionally

Prepare lesson plans and training materials

Supervise students during hands-on practice

Evaluate student progress and provide feedback

Help students improve speed, quality, hygiene, and professionalism

Conduct assessments, assignments, and practical exams

Required Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in beauty services or beauty training

Strong practical skills in the assigned department(s)

Good communication and teaching ability

Professional appearance and attitude

Ability to manage students effectively

Team-oriented and responsible

Basic social media understanding is a plus
