Job Description: Finance/Accountant
Experience: 2 Years (Minimum)

Key Responsibilities
• System Integrity: Manage the end-to-end accounting cycle within Peachtree, ensuring all ledgers are balanced and accurate.
• Financial Accuracy: Perform daily bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, and maintain the general ledger.
• Reporting: Generate monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets, for management review.
• Reconciliations: Execute monthly bank and petty cash reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Budgeting & Analysis: Assist in monitoring budget variances and providing insight into expenditure trends.
• Audit Readiness: Organize and maintain financial records to ensure the company is prepared for annual internal or external audits.
