Junior Site Engineer

Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Are you a 0-2 year experienced graduate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management (Cot’m), or Architecture?

Are you eager to learn, gain real on-site experience, and take on real-world construction challenges?

Main Roles & Responsibilities

Assist project engineers and site supervisors with daily construction activities

Conduct site inspections, measurements, and progress tracking

Support preparation of drawings, estimates, and project documentation

Ensure safety compliance and quality standards on-site

Collaborate with the design and planning teams to coordinate project tasks

Learn and apply construction management practices in real-time environments

Required Skills

Basic understanding of construction drawings and project documentation

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Good communication and teamwork skills

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software (preferred)

Ability to work on-site under supervision

Job Type: On-site
