Position: Front Desk / Customer Experience Officer [Urgent]
Experience: Junior

Responsibilities:

· Welcome and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner

· Manage front desk operations and appointments

· Handle phone calls, messages, and client inquiries

· Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from entry to exit

· Coordinate with medical/beauty staff for efficient service delivery

· Maintain accurate client records and basic administrative tasks

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

· Professional appearance and positive attitude
