We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative to join Purple Store, an online fashion store. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with customers, handling orders, and working as part of a growing team.

Main Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via online messaging platforms( Telegram, Instagram, Tiktok)
Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
Place and confirm customer orders accurately
Follow up on orders and provide updates when needed
Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful tone with customers
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

Work Schedule

Remote position
Flexible hours, but availability may be required up to 11:00 PM depending on customer demand

Training

One-week training will be provided before starting full responsibilities

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset and patience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable internet connection and basic tech skills
