We are looking for a reliable and organized E-Learning Support Assistant to help our academic team run smoothly. Your main goal will be to ensure that all course materials (notes, videos, quizzes) are available to students on time. Flexibility and strong time management are essential, as you will be juggling requests from multiple teachers and strict academic deadlines.

What You’ll Do

· Upload Content: Upload course materials (PDFs, videos, quizzes) to our learning portal accurately.

· Meet Deadlines: Manage the content calendar to ensure materials are published before scheduled classes.

· Coordinate with Teachers: Contact teachers to collect raw files and follow up to ensure they submit work on time.

· Stay Flexible: Adapt to changing priorities.

What You’ll Need

· Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines without constant supervision.

· Basic Computer Knowledge: Comfortable using Microsoft Office/Google Docs, email, and uploading files to websites. Experience with E-Learning platforms (Moodle, Google Classroom, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory; we can train you on the system.

· Flexibility: Willingness to adjust your schedule or tasks based on the immediate needs of the team.
