We are looking for a smart, professional, and dynamic female Office Assistant to join a fast-growing, high-end Educational & Travel Consultancy office in Addis Ababa.

IMPORTANT: This role is specifically for an education and travel consultancy business.
Candidates with previous experience in educational and travel consulting are strongly preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Front Desk & Client Handling

Welcome clients professionally and create a strong first impression
Handle calls, messages, and walk-in clients smoothly
Explain consultancy services clearly and confidently

2. Office & Client Management

Manage appointments, schedules, and client records
Follow up with potential clients and maintain relationships
Support daily office operations and admin tasks

3. Support Activities & Coordination

Assist with education events, client meetings, and office coordination
Help with basic research related to study abroad and travel services

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in educational or travel consultancy is highly preferred
Experience in customer service, reception, or office work is a plus
Strong communication skills (Amharic & English)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, internet)
Confident, presentable, and professional attitude
