Job Summary

The Printing Machine Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting printing machinery to produce high-quality output. The role requires extreme attention to detail to ensure production targets are met efficiently while minimizing material waste.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Operation & Production: Operate digital printing machines while monitoring production workflows.
Quality Control: Continuously check output for color accuracy, alignment, and defects. Make real-time adjustments to ensure the final product matches client specifications.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to strict workplace safety protocols and maintain an organized workspace.
Material Management: Efficiently manage inventory of inks to minimize waste through optimal layout and nesting.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Diploma or Technical Training Certificate in Printing Technology,
Experience: 1–3+ years of practical experience operating commercial digital printing presses.
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of color management and print finishing processes.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use measurement/hand tools safely.

Core Competencies

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage shift rotations or overtime if required.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
