Job Description

Main Role and Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and manage technical documentation, including take-off sheets, payment certificates, and progress reports.

Monitor project schedules and ensure work aligns with approved plans and specifications.

Perform quantity surveying tasks and assist in the preparation of bid documents and cost estimations.

Coordinate between the site team and the head office to ensure seamless information flow.

Maintain organized project archives, including drawings, contracts, and correspondence.

Assist in the evaluation of sub-contractor performance and material requisitions.

Required Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

Strong understanding of quantity surveying and technical report writing.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology and Management (COTM).

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of total professional experience.

Specific Requirement: At least 2 years of proven experience specifically in an Office Engineer role.
