Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends, branding, digital marketing, and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.

-Manage the daily activities of the marketing department including planning, budgeting, and reporting.

-Lead and coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.

-Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.

-Oversee the creation of marketing materials, advertisements, websites, and other promotional content.

-Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure brand consistency and lead generation.

-Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).

-Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media contacts.

-Plan and execute events, trade shows, and product launches.

-Stay up to date with the latest marketing tools, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

-Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing, preferably in a managerial role.

-Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content creation, and social media marketing.

-Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

-Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
