We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to support and enhance our HR operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR functions within a manufacturing environment and will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Support workforce planning in coordination with production and department heads
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures
Assist in the implementation of performance management systems and employee evaluations
Coordinate employee training and development programs, including onboarding for factory staff
Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and shift scheduling (if applicable)
Support payroll processing by providing accurate HR data (attendance, overtime, etc.)
Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar workforce
Familiarity with HR systems and databases
Good understanding of recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
