Position: Production Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations and ensure efficient, high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities

Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations are met

Optimize manufacturing processes and resource utilization

Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams

Monitor KPIs and report on production performance

Requirements

5–8 years of experience in production manager, preferably in manufacturing

Strong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and quality control

Leadership, problem solving, and team management skills
