We are looking for a high-level Video Editor to produce cinematic, high-retention educational content for YouTube and short-form platforms.

This is not a basic editing role — we are seeking someone who understands storytelling, pacing, audience psychology, and advanced motion graphics, and can transform ideas into engaging visual experiences.

Location: Applicants based near Tuludimtu are preferred.
Salary: Negotiable based on skill and experience

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of professional video editing
Strong experience in YouTube or cinematic-style content
Advanced motion graphics and animation skills
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and retention
Thumbnail design skills are a strong advantage

What You’ll Be Doing

Producing ~2 long-form videos per week
Creating additional short-form content (Reels/Shorts/TikTok)
Working closely with a team of editors and SMM managers
Maintaining high retention, cinematic-quality output
Managing 2–3 day turnaround deadlines per project
