Job Description

Receive and inspect incoming stock and materials
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports
Monitor stock balance, damages, and shortages
Supervise loading, unloading, and stock arrangement
Ensure FIFO and proper stock rotation procedures
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliation
Control unauthorized stock movement and prevent losses
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and discipline

Skills and Requirements

Knowledge of warehouse and inventory management
Strong organizational and reporting skills
Attention to detail and accountability
Ability to supervise warehouse staff
Basic computer and Excel knowledge
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in stock handling and documentation procedures
