Key Responsibilities
• Identify and secure new B2B clients and partnerships
• Build and manage strong relationships with corporate and institutional clients
• Present training and consultancy solutions to potential clients
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports
• Implement B2B sales and marketing strategies
• Conduct market research and follow up on leads
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Results-oriented and target-driven
• Experience in service, training, or consultancy sales is an advantage
• Proficiency in English and Amharic
