Job Overview

Ethio-Love in Donation Family (ELDoF) is seeking a highly organized, professional, and trustworthy Finance and Executive Assistant (Female). This hybrid role requires an exceptional individual who will manage the day-to-day financial bookkeeping of the organization while providing high-level administrative and secretarial support directly to the Founder & CEO. The ideal candidate must possess strong financial integrity, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management:

Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records, receipts, and day-to-day transaction ledgers.

Prepare basic financial reports, invoices, and expense trackings.

Manage office petty cash with high integrity and transparency.

Coordinate with accountants or auditors when necessary.

2. Executive & Administrative Assistance:

Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, and meeting reminders.

Handle incoming and outgoing official letters, emails, and phone calls.

Maintain a highly organized digital and physical filing system for confidential organization documents.

Welcome and handle high-level guests, partners, and stakeholders coming to the executive office with a warm, professional approach.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Education:- BA Degree & Above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or as an executive assistant/secretary (NGO experience is a plus).

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both Amharic and English.

Strong multitasking, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional confidentiality, loyalty, and ethical standards.
