We are looking for a Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support in our ESL school. The role involves communicating with students, teachers, and visitors while ensuring smooth daily operations across schedules, records, and student services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administration and customer service, strong communication skills in English, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist students, parents, teachers, and visitors in a professional manner
Manage phone calls, messages, and inquiries through Telegram and other communication channels
Handle student records, attendance, and class schedules using Google Sheets and Excel
Support daily administrative tasks and report preparation
Manage student complaints and concerns calmly and professionally
Ensure punctual updates and accurate reporting of school activities

Requirements:

Experience in administration and customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Professional and responsible attitude

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Telegram, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and basic digital tools
Ability to manage online student records and schedules efficiently
Basic computer and internet troubleshooting skills are an advantage

Preferred Qualities:

Strong follow-up and coordination ability
Friendly, respectful, and student-focused personality
Ability to maintain confidentiality of student and company information
