Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant and Financial Manager to oversee our financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and provide strategic insights for business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, financial expertise, and the ability to manage accounting processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

\t•\tManage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

\t•\tPrepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.

\t•\tDevelop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

\t•\tEnsure compliance with local tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards.

\t•\tAnalyze financial data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

\t•\tOversee financial audits and liaise with external auditors.

\t•\tImplement and maintain financial controls and policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

\t•\tBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;

\t•\tMinimum 1 year of experience as an accountant, financial manager, or similar role.

\t•\tStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.

\t•\tProficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.

\t•\tExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

\t•\tStrong communication and leadership abilities.
