We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will help create a welcoming environment while supporting daily front desk and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff
Answer and direct phone calls
Schedule appointments and manage basic records
Handle incoming correspondence and front desk activities
Perform basic administrative duties such as filing and data entry
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Provide support to office staff when needed

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn
Professional attitude and customer service mindset
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous receptionist or office experience is a plus
