Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Junior Accountant to support our growing finance department. The selected candidate will assist in recording financial data, organizing documentation, and supporting routine accounting tasks. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to learn and develop strong accounting skills.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with entering daily financial transactions into the accounting system.

Collect, organize, and file invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.

Help with basic bank, cash, and sales checks and reconciliations.

Support the preparation of payment documents and expense reports.

Assist senior accountants with monthly closing activities.

Follow up on small receivables and support vendor communication when required.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Perform general administrative tasks within the finance unit as assigned.

Key Focus Areas

Accurate transaction entry and documentation

Supporting reconciliation and reporting tasks

Learning and applying company financial procedures

Assisting with payroll preparation and tax documentation when needed

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

0–2 years of accounting experience.

Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting concepts.

Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Peachtree) is an advantage.

Good Excel and general computer skills.

High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
