Job Type: Technical Sales Support Agent (Voice)

Work Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Description:

TrustlinkJobs is hiring remote Voice Support agents in Ethiopia to assist US-based music technology customers!

Total Compensation:

Salary: $800 – $1,000 USD / month

Training: $100 USD/week (First 2 weeks)

Shifts (USA Hours):

1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Ethiopian Time. Includes weekend shifts (with 2 weekdays off).

Requirements:

6+ months phone/call center experience + Excellent spoken English.

Own laptop/PC (Min 8GB RAM) + Strong internet (20 Mbps down).

Familiarity with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce is a plus.
