Senior real estate agent will be mainly responsible for sales of apartments and shops on a newly launched projects of pioneer developer Summer real estate.
Senior sales agent must take the responsibility to spent money and experience on different social media lead generation campaigns like Facebook Paid Ads, YouTube Ads and must perform on the pitch to identify best locations to prospect potential buyers using survey or personal selling activities.
Also responsible to Insure customers get the right information about the product, identify new markets and generate leads, and pitch prospective customers.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in any field
2. At least 3 years and above Experience in Sales Agent Job position at real-estate sector or one year experience for strong tik tok and social media experience with sales content creation and promotion and having live diaspora audience and 10k and above followers
3. Fluency in Amharic is essential, speaking another language is a plus
As a Sales representative, you'll need to have:
excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
strong interpersonal skills to be able to deal with people at all levels
your own mechanism to generate leads
ability to work both indoor and outdoor
confidence and good business sense
the ability to set, meet and exceed targets
focused and self-motivated approach to work
flexible attitude and the ability to manage change

Benefits
24,000 Gross Salary
+4% Commission
For Senior and
17,000 Gross Salary
+4% Commission
For Junior with six months real estate sales experience
