Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Management,

Business Administration, or related field
More than 5 years of experience in HR and

General Service, preferably in manufacturing industries
Knowledge of labor law, recruitment processes, payroll, and employee relations
Experience in handling administrative and general service activities
Computer proficiency in MS Office applications
