Job Description

Job Title: Secretary( Front Desk)- (Female Applicants Only)
Gross Monthly Salary: Based on the organization’s scale.

We’re hiring a Secretary (Front Desk) professional to manage office coordination, document handling, and welcoming and assisting visitors and clients.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, while also playing a key role in internal operations, document handling, and office coordination.

Secretary (Front Desk) We’re looking for a professional to support office operations and manage front‑desk duties. Responsibilities include scheduling, document handling, data entry, and welcoming visitors.

Requirements: Diploma/degree in Office Management or related field, 2+ years’ experience, proficiency in MS Office, strong communication and organizational skills, and a friendly, service‑oriented attitude.
