Senior HR Officer

Part-time

Senior level

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts and manage core HR functions, helping us build and maintain a productive, compliant, and engaged workplace.

Key responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle — from drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies to screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with local labor laws.

Support performance management processes, including appraisals, probation reviews, and employee development plans.

Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.

Coordinate staff benefits, attendance, and leave management.

Advise management on HR policies, best practices, and organizational culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

6+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 in a senior role

Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

HR certifications is a plus

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High level of discretion and confidentiality

Strong organizational and time management ability

Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems

Fluent in writing and speaking English language

Part-time note: This is a flexible, part-time position. The successful candidate should be comfortable working independently and managing priorities without constant oversight.
