Job Summary

The E-Commerce Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations of the multi-store e-commerce platform, ensuring efficient coordination across merchants, logistics, payment systems, and customer service to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily platform operations across all merchants and sales channels
Oversee order fulfillment, delivery performance, and SLA compliance
Coordinate cross-functional activities with Technical, Finance, and Merchant teams
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as GMV, fulfillment rate, and delivery timelines
Drive continuous operational improvements and scalability initiatives
Supervise call center and customer support operations to ensure service excellence

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in e-commerce or operations management
Experience with ERP systems
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
