Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tour and Travel officer to join our in-office team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, marketing experience in the travel industry, and a proactive approach to client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

\t•\tHandle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing clients

• Assist clients with bookings, reservations, and general travel inquiries.

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Manage office correspondence, documents, and filing systems.

\t•\tRespond to and follow up on emails promptly and professionally

\t•\tDiscuss and promote tour packages with clients

\t•\tCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

\t•\tMaintain records of customer interactions and sales leads

\t•\tSupport in developing marketing materials and executing campaigns

Qualifications

\t•\tMinimum 2–4 years of marketing or client-handling experience (preferably in travel or tourism industry)

\t•\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills

\t•\tStrong email and phone etiquette

\t•\tAbility to manage multiple clients and follow up consistently

\t•\tGood organizational and time management skills
