Shop Sales Vacancy Announcement

We are looking for an energetic and confident Sales Girl to join our shop team. The candidate should preferably live around Megenagna and be interested in promoting products through TikTok LIVE sessions.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys sales, social media, customer interaction, and live video presentation.

1. Main Roles & Responsibilities

Promote and sell products through TikTok LIVE sessions
Interact with online viewers and answer customer questions during LIVE streams
Create an engaging and attractive presentation of products
Assist walk-in customers at the shop professionally
Help increase sales through online and in-store marketing activities
Maintain product knowledge and explain product features clearly
Support content creation for TikTok and other social media platforms
Keep the shop organized and attractive for customers

2. Required Skills

Good communication and customer handling skills
Confidence in front of camera and comfortable going LIVE on TikTok
Basic knowledge of TikTok and social media trends
Sales and persuasion skills
Friendly, energetic, and presentable personality
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Basic smartphone and internet usage skills

3. Preferred Qualifications

Female candidates preferred
Living around Megenagna or nearby areas
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or social media promotion is an advantage
Experience with TikTok LIVE or online selling is a plus
Good Amharic communication skills (English is a plus)
