Junior Accountant

Location Addis Ababa, Bole,Atlas

Reporting To General Manager

Working days Monday to Saturday and we are open including some Closed calander days.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant responsible for tracking sales performance, monitoring M-Pesa transactions, preparing financial reports, and processing salary calculations based on sales targets and incentives. The role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to handle financial data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

· Track daily sales and reconcile reports

· Monitor and record M-Pesa transactions

· Follow up on sales targets and performance tracking

· Process salary calculations based on targets and commissions

· Prepare financial and sales-related reports.

· Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

· Support day-to-day accounting operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field

· Previous experience in accounting or finance roles is an advantage

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems

· Strong numerical and analytical skills

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Good communication and reporting skills

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Experience with sales tracking and mobile money transactions is a plus

· Safaricom product and service knowledge is a plus.
