Role:
We are looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, manage complaints, and support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via calls, messages, and in-person
Assist customers with information
Maintain strong customer relationships
Support daily operations as needed

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (Amharic & English)
