Job Description

MAG School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Education Coordinator to join our team.

Position: Special Needs Education Coordinator
Location: haile garment
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee special needs education programs across the school.
Assess students’ learning needs and design appropriate support plans.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leaders to ensure inclusive learning environments.
Provide training and guidance to teachers on differentiated instruction and classroom inclusion.
Maintain documentation and progress reports for special needs students.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Needs Education, Inclusive Education, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with special needs.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
A passion for supporting diverse learners and promoting inclusive education.
