We're looking for an all-round video professional who can both shoot and edit — capturing properties, events, and brand stories, then bringing them to life in the edit suite for leading real estate companies in Addis Ababa.

Responsibilities:

Production (Shooting):

Shoot property tours, interviews, events, and promotional content
Plan shots, lighting setups, and angles for each project
Operate professional cameras, gimbals, drones, and audio equipment
Ensure high-quality, usable footage on every shoot

Post-Production (Editing):

Edit property tours, promotional videos, reels, and TVCs
Color grading, sound design, and motion graphics
Produce short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Maintain consistent quality across multiple real estate brands

Requirements:

2+ years professional experience in both videography and editing
Strong showreel demonstrating shooting and editing work
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (DaVinci Resolve a plus)
Skilled in lighting, composition, framing, and audio capture
Owns or is experienced with professional gear (camera, gimbal, lenses)
Drone operation is a strong plus
Solid grasp of pacing, storytelling, music selection, and cinematic style
Real estate or architectural video experience is a strong plus
