We provide a smart QR menu solution that helps restaurants, cafes, and lounges modernize their customer experience, reduce costs, and boost their business.

About the Role:

As a Door-to-Door Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of Gursha Menu. You will be responsible for prospecting, presenting, and closing deals with hospitality businesses across Addis Ababa. Your mission is to help them understand the immense value of our digital menu platform and onboard them onto our service.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily door-to-door sales visits to restaurants, cafes, lounges, and other food establishments in assigned territories.

Clearly articulate the value proposition of Gursha Menu's three pricing tiers (Regular, Pro, Premium).

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.

Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Represent the Gursha Menu brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, or a similar direct sales role is a major plus.

Excellent Amharic communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of English is advantageous.

Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed.

Personable, confident, and able to build instant rapport with business owners.

A smartphone and the ability to use basic sales and communication apps.

Must be willing to travel extensively within Addis Ababa, covering various districts and business clusters on a rotational basis.
