On behalf of our client, Tilla Gym and Spa, we are looking for competent candidates to fill the position of Female Salesperson for their new Cosmetics Store at Estifanos Area, Addis Ababa.

Position Overview
Job Title: Female Salesperson – Cosmetics Store
Location: Estifanos Area, Addis Ababa
Engagement: Full-time
Reports To: Store Supervisor/Manager

Number of Open Positions: 3

Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented female candidates to join the cosmetics sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and assisting clients in the cosmetics store.
Promote and sell cosmetic products, ensuring customers find the right items that suit their needs.
Maintain product knowledge to advise customers effectively.
Handle cash register transactions and sales records accurately.
Ensure shelves are well stocked and displays are neat and attractive.
Work collaboratively with other team members to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Grade 10 education certificate.
Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
1-2 years of previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule, including weekends and holidays:
- Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
