LeuNet ICT Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR and Recruitment Officer to manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing top talent, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate employee records while supporting HR policies and compliance.

Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

· Prepare and post job vacancies on relevant platforms.

· Screen applications, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring communications.

· Conduct new hire onboarding, including orientation and documentation.

· Ensure all hiring paperwork is complete and properly filed.

2. Employee Records & HR Administration

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both digital and physical).

· Track leave balances, contract renewals, and employee status changes.

· Prepare HR reports on hiring, turnover, and other key metrics.

3. Compliance & Policy Implementation

· Ensure adherence to company HR policies and labor laws.

· Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.

· Assist in disciplinary actions and grievance handling when necessary.

4. General HR Support

· Assist in performance management processes, including probation reviews and appraisals.

· Support training coordination and employee development initiatives.

Manage office administrative tasks as needed.
